A.M.P. (ARTIST MENTORING PROGRAM) OVERVIEW

To identify, develop, and amplify the musical talent of young artists with disabilities and/or limited financial resources. Through mentorship, access to professional tools, and personalized support, the program equips each artist with the resources needed to grow creatively and pursue success on their own terms.

We begin by partnering with the artist and their support team to understand their unique goals, identify the resources needed to reach them, and develop an initial action plan tailored to their vision and strengths.

We provide the necessary tools to support the artist’s growth—whether it's physical equipment, software, or access to experienced coaches—ensuring they have everything needed to pursue their goals with confidence.

Let the magic begin. With the right environment, tools, and mentorship in place, the artist is empowered to explore their creativity and bring their vision to life—supported every step of the way by a team that believes in their potential.

When the artist’s work is ready to be shared, we head to the studio to refine and professionally produce the final tracks. If desired, we handle publishing and distribution across major streaming platforms. We also support promotion through social media marketing and feature the artist’s Electronic Press Kit (EPK) on our website, giving their music the platform it deserves.
